The Jewel Club House project is a crowning glory for us at McCoy. Nestled within the bustling neighborhood of Worli, Mumbai, this club house is the largest clubhouse in any residential development in the city. Spanning across an expansive 50,000 square feet and 70 feet above the ground, the design transcends mere function and stands as a testament to architectural ingenuity and design excellence. Inspired by sparkling crystals, the two-story structure boasts a unique facade reminiscent of diamond-like facets, a testament to the marriage of luxury, innovation and architectural vision. This intricate design isn’t just aesthetically pleasing; it is an interplay of light and form that creates a captivating landmark within the complex, reflecting the energy of Mumbai itself.
As we reflect on The Jewel Club House project, it stands as a pinnacle of achievement for McCoy, epitomizing our commitment to architectural brilliance and innovation.
We collaborated with Lodha Developer and brought their vision to life by seamlessly merging architectural excellence with functional utility, resulting in a masterpiece that became one of the most exemplary projects of McCoy.
The aim was not just to create a clubhouse but to curate an experience—an experience beyond the ordinary, igniting the senses and elevating the soul. This endeavor is among the top 40 projects that McCoy has done and is a perfect example for creativity and workmanship.
McCoy served as the single point of contact for the client and consultants due to its comprehensive in-house expertise. This expertise encompassed:
– Architectural design

– Glass facade engineering
– Enclosure building construction
By offering a fully integrated service across these disciplines, we eliminated the need for the client to manage multiple contractors, streamlining communication and ensuring seamless project execution.
Lodha The Park tower project presented McCoy with a myriad of challenges, each demanding meticulous attention and unwavering dedication. The project was a testament of utmost luxury and sophistication. But with luxury came the complexities that required overcoming significant engineering hurdles. Collaborating with a renowned international architect presented the initial challenge of translating their creative vision into a tangible reality. The integration of diverse materials—steel, glass, and aluminum—posed logistical and engineering challenges. From intricate faceted corners to a glass roof infused with an aluminum mesh, every detail required precision and expertise. The demands of the facade consultant, coupled with the intricacies of the design, pushed the entire team’s (that collaborated on this project) limits, testing their resolve and ingenuity.
McCoy employed advanced parametric design software to optimize the planning and fabrication processes, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the project.
For the metal facade panels, McCoy utilized state-of-the-art CNC machines to achieve accurate bending and perforation of the various unique shapes and designs, guaranteeing consistent quality.
To create the unique laminated glass roof with integrated metal film, McCoy developed innovative lamination techniques. This provided the desired light diffusion effect while maintaining the structural integrity of the roof.
While the overall design of the Lodha The Park project demanded a high degree of customization, there was one particular material amongst the regulars that deserves special mention. The project’s signature feature, the jewel glass roof, incorporated a groundbreaking material application. This roof utilized laminated glass with a unique feature: a layer of gold-colored aluminum mesh embedded within the lamination itself. This innovative technique, achieved through experimentation and skilled execution, offered superior light diffusion, creating a pleasant and balanced atmosphere in the indoor swimming pool area. While other materials played a crucial role, this laminated mesh glass stands out as a testament to the project’s commitment to pushing boundaries and achieving exceptional results.
The final outcome of this project celebrates McCoy’s ability to translate complex designs into reality.
